Who is the Complete Florida Student?

Someone who has completed some college but does not have a degree

Did you start college, but life prevented you from finishing your degree? The Complete Florida student is someone who has successfully completed multiple semesters of college but for some reason was not able to complete their degree program.

Must be a Florida resident

Complete Florida is a state-funded program for Florida adult learners who have some college but do not have a degree. You must meet residency requirements for tuition purposes.

Complete Florida Military Qualifications

Through Complete Florida Military, if you are active-duty or retired military, and veterans you do not have to have started college in order to qualify. As well, spouses and children of active-duty serviceperson’s qualify for Complete Florida.
