Bachelor of Applied Science: Management and Organizational Leadership

Our bachelor's degree in management and organizational leadership combines applied-learning techniques with academic rigor to give you a well-rounded and needed perspective for solving everyday management problems.

Admission Requirements

  1. An A.S. degree of at least 60 credits from a regionally accredited institution in a business-related discipline

OR

  1. An A.A. degree of at least 60 credits from a regionally accredited institution AND 15 credits of business support courses, from among the following:
    • ACG 2021 - Financial Accounting *
    • Business Law I (BUL 2241) OR Legal Environ. of Business (BUL 2131) **
    • Any lower division courses (1000 or 2000 level) with the BUL prefix
    • Any lower division courses (1000 or 2000 level) with the ECO prefix
    • Any lower division courses (1000 or 2000 level) with the ENT prefix
    • Any lower division courses (1000 or 2000 level) with the FIN prefix
    • Any lower division courses (1000 or 2000 level) with the GEB prefix
    • Any lower division courses (1000 or 2000 level) with the MAN prefix
    • Any lower division courses (1000 or 2000 level) with the MAR prefix
    • CGS 1100 Microcomputer Applications
  2. 15 semester hours of transferable general education courses
  3. A cumulative grade point average of 2.0 on a 4.00 scale in all college classes

* Prerequisite to the required Financial Management course, FIN 3403

** Either course is an acceptable prerequisite to the required Advanced Legal Environment of Business course, BUL 3310..
