Nudging is a process that has, at its core, the desire for a change of behavior with easy, efficient, and cost effective interventions (Singler, 2015). The goal of the nudge is to help the target (in the case of Complete Florida, the adult learner) to commit to a behavior, such as returning to college and continuing onto graduation.

Complete Florida conducts research related to adult students, degree completion, and strategies to help students succeed.
