If you are not eligible for Federal Financial Aid due to Satisfactory Progress: Maximum Time Limit, Completion Ratio or GPA, you are still eligible to apply for a Complete Florida scholarship.

Are Scholarships available through Complete Florida?
Yes. Complete Florida offers scholarships to degree-seeking students and you are eligible for one scholarship per term. You must meet scholarship requirements and submit a separate application and short essay each term. Your Complete Florida Coach will help you meet eligibility requirements.

Why do I have to provide my Driver's License and issue date?
You must provide a current driver’s license to prove residency and be eligible for in-state tuition.

Am I required to pay another application fee if I'm going back to my previous institution?
No. If you already paid the application fee as a degree-seeking students, you are not required to pay the application fee again; in that case students are considered as a readmit to their previous institution.

Can I be denied admission if I go through Complete Florida?
Applying through Complete Florida does not give student preferential treatment to admissions requirements.

Do I have to supply immunization records as an online student?
Each partner institution has its own policy related to immunization and online programs. Most partner institutions allow students to request a waiver of immunization requirements as an online student. Complete Florida recommends providing immunization records, if readily available, to allow the option of taking an on campus course.

Can some of my work or life experience be evaluated as part of my degree?
Each partner institution has a policy for awarding credit for work and life experience. Your Complete Florida Coach can work with you to identify opportunities and partner institutions where work and/or life experiences could potentially be used to accelerate time to degree completion.

A Complete Florida Coach can help you return to school which may allow you to request a deferment from the Department of Education and get out of default.

A Complete Florida Coach can help you order an official or unofficial transcript but Complete Florida doesn’t offer financial assistance for past debt if the previous institution will not release a transcript due to an outstanding balance.

Yes, the quality of education is the same for degrees, whether earned online or on-campus. While instruction is delivered differently, all students are held to the same high expectations for learning.
